Position: General Manager Location: Delhi/NCR Salary Band: ₹18–24 LPA Company: A client of Strategic Management Alliance operates a contemporary 50 Room Hotel catering primarily to discerning Japanese guests . The hotel features a signature Japanese restaurant, café, spa, and authentic Japanese Bath Experience—offering a tranquil blend of comfort and cultural sophistication. Role Overview: As General Manager , you will lead operations for this business Hotel renowned for its long-stay and transit clientele. You’ll be responsible for elevating Guest Experience, maintaining brand consistency, and fostering an environment of genuine Japanese-inspired hospitality. We seek a professional with a deep understanding of Japanese culture and service sensibilities . Prior experience in handling Japanese guests—within or outside the hospitality industry— will be highly valued. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day hotel operations ensuring impeccable guest service and operational efficiency. Maintain brand standards and uphold Japanese hospitality principles in every guest interaction. Build and sustain strong relationships with long-stay and repeat guests, ensuring personalized service delivery. Lead, train, and motivate a multicultural team to deliver exceptional experiences consistently. Drive revenue performance through strong guest relations, brand positioning, and repeat business. Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure cost control. Collaborate with Culinary, Spa, and Service teams to curate authentic experiences aligned with Japanese sensibilities. Preferred Qualifications & Experience: Graduate in Hospitality Management or related field. 12–15 years of experience in upscale or business hotels, including 2–3 years as Unit Head/Hotel Manager. Proven ability to work with Japanese clientele ; knowledge of Japanese Culture / Language would be a strong advantage. Excellent communication, guest engagement, and interpersonal skills. Strong financial and operational acumen. Passion for Japanese culture and hospitality standards.
