Job Description – Mid-Level GST & TDS Compliance Manager Mohit Vijay & Associates | Finance · Audit · Valuation Advisory Firm Location: Uttam Nagar, Delhi (On-site) Experience: 3–6 Years (Graduate / Dropout / Semi-qualified – No CA/CS required) Role Overview We are looking for a smart and responsible person who can independently handle GST and TDS compliance work along with client coordination and document management . Educational qualification doesn’t matter — skills and discipline do. Key Responsibilities ✅ GST WorkCollect data from clients and prepare GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GST Annual Returns Reconcile Purchase vs GSTR-2B / Sales vs GSTR-1 Track GST Notices / Portal Errors / Late Fees & Reminders Assist in GST Registration / LUT / Amendments / Refund Process ✅ TDS & Income Tax CompliancePrepare and file TDS Returns (24Q, 26Q, 27Q, etc.) Generate Form 16 / Form 16A Maintain TDS Deduction Trackers & Payment Schedules Assist in Advance Tax & Basic IT Returns (Individuals/Firms) ✅ Coordination & ReportingMaintain Excel MIS, Compliance Trackers, Follow-up reminders Draft emails, notices, and follow-up messages to clients Supervise junior staff / interns for data entry tasks Who Can Apply? ✅ Graduate / Dropout / / / CA-Inter / Semi-qualified ✅ Must be good at Excel + GST/TDS Portal handling ✅ Should be organized, disciplined and good with follow-ups ✅ Basic Hindi & Written English is required Salary ₹3.5 – 6 LPA + Performance-Based Incentives How to Apply Email your CV or even a basic work-experience note to: — Subject: “Application – GST/TDS Manager (Uttam Nagar)”
