Lead – Strategy Implementation

Job Description: -The position will provide leadership on planning, coordination, and execution of key initiatives across the organisation, ensuring alignment, accountability, and measurable progress. -This role requires strong strategic thinking paired with disciplined execution to drive system-wide change in foundational learning. -Lead the implementation of the organization's strategy, ensuring clear roadmaps, milestones, and accountability structures. -Establish and oversee mechanisms for monitoring progress against strategic goals -Build organisational capability for implementation discipline, including tools and processes. -Prepare strategic updates, presentations, and briefs for internal and external stakeholders. Job Requirements: - Postgraduate degree in education, management, public policy, or related fields. - 8–12 years of professional experience in programme management, strategy, or consulting roles, ideally in the education or development sector. - Demonstrated success in leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives. - Strong analytical, project management, and facilitation skills. - Excellent communication skills, with ability to influence across levels.
