The role requires expertise in handling complete employee life cycle - end-to-end hiring, payroll, statutory compliance, HR audits, employee relations, and performance management.Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition: Recruitment for corporate, sales, and blue-collar manpower.Payroll: Accurate & timely payroll for all employees.Compliance & HR Audits: Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws (Factories Act, Shops & Establishment Act, CLRA, PF, ESI, LWF) and take complete ownership of clearing all HR audits successfully.Employee Relations, Engagement & Disciplinary Management: Foster a positive work culture by driving engagement initiatives, addressing employee concerns, managing grievances, conducting fair investigations, and handling disciplinary matters in a transparent and compliant manner.Performance Management: Manage PMS cycles, support managers with KPIs & feedback. Exit Management: Smooth handling of full & final settlements & attrition analysis. Handling Admin work●◎ Ideal Profile: MBA/PGDM in HR from a recognized institution. 5+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role. Prior experience in FMCG with exposure to both corporate functions and manufacturing units. Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll, HR audits, and industrial relations. Excellent communication, problem-solving & people management skills.
