Position - AVP Growth Location - New Delhi Report to - Head of Growth Our client is a young, dynamic, visionary company in the Indian credit markets. A leading Fintech player and well diversified in 4 main businesses: Corporate Lending Real Estate (RE)/Non RE, Consumer Finance (purely into digital lending), Affordable Housing and 2 Alternate Investment Funds. Responsibilities - Will be responsible to drive the growth of the lending business and the mobile app. Responsibilities include increasing loan disbursements, improving conversion rates, and boosting app installs and monthly active users (MAU). To focus on customer retention and upselling or cross-selling products. A key part of this role is managing the acquisition funnel, controlling costs, and ensuring the profitability (P&L) of the business. App growth & funnel: more installs, MAUs/DAUs, better conversion, fewer drop-offs. Customer lifecycle & retention: run campaigns that push activation, engagement, cross-sell, up-sell. P&L accountability: manage budgets, CAC, ensure the category hits revenue/profit targets. Growth levers: loyalty programs, referral schemes, third-party monetization (insurance, FDs, affiliates). Analytics muscle: strong with WebEngage/MoEngage/CleverTap, Firebase, SQL, Tableau; able to slice data, A/B test, and spot growth hacks. Leadership style: can work cross-functionally, drive by influence, handle ambiguity. 7–8 yr post-MBA who can treat the lending app like a business—balancing acquisition, retention, and monetization while keeping the funnel efficient.
