Your Key Responsibilities: Drive business growth by developing and optimizing sales operations Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring top-tier sales performance and cost efficiency Design and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue Build and lead a high-performing sales team—hire, mentor, and guide employees Ensure smooth business processes, compliance, and ethical standards Solve operational, administrative, and strategic challenges in collaboration with HQ Create a seamless, high-efficiency workflow to boost productivity Work with B2B and affiliates. Who Are We Looking For? Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role (preferably in fintech) Proven track record of building and managing high-performance sales teams Strong leadership with the ability to negotiate, problem-solve, and make quick decisions Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both written and spoken) A positive, proactive mindset with out-of-the-box thinking Strong multitasking and organizational skills Strong analytical skills.
