What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) As a Founder’s Office Associate, you will: Work directly with the founders on critical initiatives across marketing, product, and growth. Take ownership of projects that span customer research, brand strategy, new product launches, and partnerships. Get exposure to P&L management and decision-making on e-commerce channels like Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and Zepto. Drive cross-functional execution by collaborating with teams across operations, creative, and supply chain. Contribute to high-impact projects — from scaling global markets to shaping new category strategies. Who We’re Looking For (Qualifications) Early-career professional: 1 – 2 years of work experience. Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in ambiguity. Strong problem-solving and quantitative skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
