Now, we’re looking for a fresh spark — a Sales & Business Development Lead who doesn’t just bring leads, but brings ideas, networks, and creative energy . Someone who’s just as comfortable pitching to CEOs as they are jamming on campaign ideas with the creative team . The Role This isn’t your typical sales gig. We’re looking for a business closer who’s also a creative opener — a Sales & Creative Producer hybrid who can: Bring High-Ticket Leads → Use your strong network to unlock new opportunities with major brands. Prospect Smartly → Scrap leads from LinkedIn, industry platforms, events, and your own circles. Think Creatively → Research, conceptualize, and co-design campaign decks alongside the creative team. Pitch & Present → Lead client meetings, deliver sharp presentations, and sell ideas with conviction. Brief & Align → Decode client needs and translate them into actionable briefs for the team. Guide Production → Step in as a Creative Producer/Director during execution when needed. Stay Ahead → Be updated with trends in marketing, content, film, PR, distribution, and AI-driven marketing . What You’ll Be Doing Sales & Networking → Build and nurture relationships with CMOs, brand heads, and decision-makers. Lead Generation → Identify, qualify, and convert high-value opportunities. Pitch Decks → Design and co-create decks that wow clients visually and strategically. Client Meetings → Own the room in sales presentations, pitches, and strategic briefings. Campaign Thinking → Collaborate with creative directors and strategists to shape campaign ideas. Execution Support → Oversee projects with producers, ensuring client expectations are exceeded. Market Intelligence → Track competitor work, industry shifts, and cultural trends. Who You Are 4–7 years of experience in sales / business development /
