We’re looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale, cross-functional technology initiatives — ensuring delivery excellence across product, engineering, and data teams. Key Responsibilities Program Leadership Own end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs from planning through launch. Define roadmaps, set milestones, and track progress across multiple engineering streams. Translate business objectives into structured technical execution plans. Execution & Delivery Drive collaboration between engineering, product, and operations teams. Identify bottlenecks early, manage risks, and ensure timelines are met. Implement agile practices, sprint planning, and effective documentation. Stakeholder Management Act as the bridge between technical teams and leadership. Provide clear updates on progress, dependencies, and risks. Manage third-party vendors, cloud providers, and integration partners where relevant. Governance & Compliance Enforce best practices in data security, compliance, and documentation. Maintain high-quality standards across program execution. Required Skills & Experience Core Skills 15+ years of experience in program or project management in a technology-first environment. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and modern program management frameworks (Agile, Scrum). Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and data-driven products. Familiarity with engineering workflows, deployment practices, and performance metrics. Program Management Proven track record of managing multi-team, multi-phase technology projects. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to balance technical depth with business priorities. Preferred Extras Experience in consumer-tech, OTT, or digital media platforms. Exposure to data-driven product development and analytics-led decision-making.
