Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic Relationship Manager / Wealth Manager with a proven track record in fundraising from HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices, and Institutional Investors. The professional will be responsible for driving capital commitments (₹30 Cr+) not only for AIF schemes but also across Pre-IPO Deals, Preferential Offers, QIPs, and other equity fundraising opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Fundraising & Investor Acquisition Drive end-to-end fundraising efforts for AIF schemes, Pre-IPO Deals, Preferential Offers, QIPs, etc. Achieve fundraising targets (₹30 Cr+ and above) within defined timelines. Leverage existing client base and expand new investor networks. Relationship Management Build, nurture, and manage long-term relationships with investors and key stakeholders. Act as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for investors. Provide regular portfolio updates, fund insights, and investment performance reports. Business Development & Strategy Collaborate with senior management to create fundraising strategies and marketing campaigns. Represent the firm at industry forums, events, and investor meetings. Identify new channels for capital raising, including wealth managers, RIAs, and boutique advisory firms. Compliance & Reporting Ensure all fundraising activities adhere to SEBI and regulatory guidelines. Maintain accurate records of fundraising progress, investor commitments, and reporting requirements. Desired Candidate Profile Experience: Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in investment advisory, private banking, or wealth management, with hands-on fundraising exposure (AIF / PMS / Pre-IPO / Preferential Allotments / QIPs). Proven track record of raising ₹50 Cr+ from HNIs/UHNIs/Family Offices. Skills & Competencies: Strong network of HNI & UHNI clients with deep trust and engagement. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter, and ability to work in a lean startup environment. In-depth knowledge of equity fundraising products, AIF structures, SEBI regulations, and wealth products. Education: CFA / CA / MBA / PGDM (Finance, Investment Management, or related fields) preferred. NISM certifications or equivalent regulatory certifications are an added advantage.
