Job Description:
Purpose of the role: To have a strong understanding of loan documentation & its management for Loan Against Securities & other funding products. To learn, monitor & manage the operational activities pertaining to client onboarding and contribute towards self, team and company growth. To establish trust and rapport from the outset, creating a positive first impression and fostering a productive long-term partnership Experience: 5 to 7 years Functional Responsibilities: He/she must possess strong understanding of loan documentation & its management for Loan Against Securities & other funding products. He/she must be able to identify discrepancies and propose optimal solutions by using a logical, systematic and sequential methodology. He/she must be self-directed, proactive, and seize every opportunity to meet internal and external customer needs and achieve customer satisfaction by effectively auditing processes, implementing best practices and process improvements, and utilizing the frameworks and tools available. Stamp paper procurement, Execution & Storage of Loan Documentation. Vendor Bill checking & payments. MIS preparation and reporting. Assist with developing or updating firm technology operations services methodologies. Supervise and manage staff working on assigned projects & BAU. Qualification: MBA/ Professional/Post Graduate degree in Finance. Minimum B-Com Graduate with rich experience in Finance industry
