Founded in 2023 , we’re proud to be part of the Prime Minister’s initiative  to promote millet-based foods. Our innovative solutions make healthy eating convenient, accessible, and customizable across various environments. With cutting-edge technology, we’re revolutionizing the vending industry and bringing healthier food choices to the masses. Role : Co-Founder (with Investment) We’re looking for a highly passionate individual  to join us as a Co-Founder . This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to shape the future of a fast-growing company in the vending industry , and who believes in the potential of healthy living solutions . If you have experience in startups, B2B sales , or operations , and are looking for a dynamic and impactful role , this could be the perfect fit for you! As a co-founder, we expect you to bring both investment  and expertise  to the table. The initial investment will help support the growth of the business, and in return, you'll be part of a promising venture with immense potential. What We’re Looking For: Experience : Startup Experience  (as a Co-Founder or in leadership roles), or experience in B2B Sales  or Operations  in fast-paced environments. Preference for candidates from top-tier B-Schools  or those with a strong track record in scaling businesses, especially in consumer goods or tech-driven sectors. Passion for Health & Innovation : A strong belief in the potential of healthy living  and cutting-edge technology to transform industries. Leadership : Someone who can drive business growth, inspire teams, and make key decisions at every stage of the company’s evolution. Investment : Ready to invest Minimum ₹1 Cr to fuel the growth of the company in exchange for equity. This is a critical part of the role as we work to scale Unicorn Vending to new heights. Visionary : A long-term thinker who is passionate about building India’s top vending company  and shaping the future of healthy eating through innovation. Global Mindset : Open to candidates from India  or international backgrounds , as we are looking for a diverse, highly-skilled leadership team. What You’ll Be Doing : Business Strategy & Leadership : Collaborating with the founding team to shape and execute business strategies that scale Unicorn Vending across India and beyond. Fundraising & Partnerships : Working with investors, partners, and stakeholders to build financial and strategic partnerships. Product & Market Development : Spearheading the development of new product lines and market expansion, especially in B2B sectors like corporate offices, hotels, and institutions. Operations & Scaling : Overseeing daily operations, optimizing processes, and driving the company towards profitability and efficiency. Team Building : As a Co-Founder, you’ll also be instrumental in building a top-tier team that shares your passion and vision for the business. Why Unicorn Vending?
