Role Description This is a full-time on-site Branch Manager role located in New Delhi. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, managing staff, developing strategies to improve branch performance, and ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. Qualifications Experience in Operations Management, Staff Management, and Strategic Planning Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Knowledge of sales and marketing principles Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field Experience in the construction industry is a must
