MNS Credit Management Group is a leading and rapidly growing agency in the domain of soft Debt Recovery and Business Information Reports. We are looking for an Operations & Delivery Manager to work in our Domestic Credit Reports division. This pivotal role involves managing the delivery of business information reports, interacting with clients, and supervising a team of operators and analysts dedicated to producing these reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, experience in customer service, and an understanding of basic credit/financial analysis. Key Responsibilities: Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the Domestic Credit Reports division, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of business information reports to global clients. Team Leadership: Manage and lead a diverse team of operators and analysts responsible for creating and compiling domestic reports, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients purchasing business information reports, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve operational processes and systems to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality. Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure that all international reports comply with relevant laws and regulations, maintaining the highest standards of quality and accuracy. Market Analysis: Stay informed about global market trends and developments that may impact the International Services division, adapting strategies accordingly. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align international services with broader company objectives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or CAs. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in operations management, with a preference for candidates with experience in financial services/BFSI domain. Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English.
