The Legal Manager will be responsible for overseeing legal functions related to capital markets, including compliance with regulatory requirements, drafting and reviewing legal documents and providing support for fund creation activities. The role will involve collaboration with various departments within the organization, advising on legal matters.QualificationsKnowledge of Finance, Accounting and Financial ServicesUnderstanding of SEBI ICDR, LODR and Companies Act,Ability to work independently and as part of a teamBachelor's degree in Law or related field; a Master's degree or additional certifications in finance or capital markets is a plusExperience in the financial services sector, particularly in legal roles related to capital markets
