Job Title: International Procurement Executive Location: Delhi NCR (Base) | Frequent Travel to China Company: Style & Homes ( Industry: E-commerce | Home Interiors & Construction Products Experience: 2–5 Years Type: Full-Time Job Description: Style & Homes, a fast-growing e-commerce platform for luxury home interior and construction products, is looking for a dynamic International Procurement Executive who will be responsible for scouting, negotiating, and onboarding suppliers from China. The candidate will travel extensively to China for sourcing trips (approx. 1 month per trip), return to India for 5–7 days, and repeat the cycle. This is a field-intensive role that requires a proactive, self-driven individual with strong communication and negotiation skills, especially in cross-border vendor management. Key Responsibilities: Travel to China for vendor scouting, trade fair visits, and factory audits. Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers across categories (e.g. sanitaryware, lighting, wall panels, etc.). Negotiate pricing, MOQs, payment terms, and delivery schedules. Coordinate with the Indian back-office for cataloging, samples, and product onboarding. Conduct market research on product trends and innovations in China. Act as the liaison between the Style & Homes team in India and Chinese vendors. Ensure procurement documentation, samples, and shipment instructions are accurately handled. Translate product and supplier details (if needed) for communication or listing. Requirements: Candidate , willing to travel internationally (China) every 30–40 days. Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Fashion Merchandising, or related field. 2–5 years of procurement or international sourcing experience (home décor, construction materials, or lifestyle categories preferred). Excellent written and spoken English. Knowledge of Mandarin is a strong plus . Strong negotiation and organizational skills. Ability to work independently in an international environment.
