A leading Fintech player and well diversified in 4 main businesses: Corporate Lending Real Estate (RE)/Non RE, Consumer Finance (purely into digital lending), Affordable Housing and 2 Alternate Investment Funds. This particular role would entail projects in the Housing Finance Company business. Employee strength - 500 Branches - 50 ( mainly in North India)BRIEF RESPONSIBILITIES - Partner and Implement several HR processes such as Talent/Performance reviews, Learning and Development initiatives, Off Role Sales Force Management, Employee engagement etc. across organization with the objective to enhance control on compliances, increase employee satisfaction, strengthen HR administration and enhance employee retention; Oversee HR Policy Management, execute and support in Campus/ lateral hiring & onboarding for engaging talent.• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the business objectives. • Provide expert advice and guidance on all aspects of HR, including performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and organizational development. • Develop and implement programs and initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent. talent. • Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary action. • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees. • Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and motivate employees.
