Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Head to lead and oversee our e-commerce operations with a strong emphasis on inventory management, automation, client handling, order management, stock forecasting, and driving operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in managing end-to-end e-commerce operations and demonstrate exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills. Key Responsibilities: External Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with external brands and clients to drive collaboration and align with business objectives. Serve as the primary liaison for external partners, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and fostering long-term partnerships. Inventory and Stock Management: Oversee comprehensive inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet business demands and minimize costs. Develop and implement advanced forecasting models to predict inventory needs based on historical data, market trends, and sales projections. Create strategies to avoid stock-outs and overstock scenarios, improving efficiency and profitability. Order Management: Streamline and optimize order management processes to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve order-related issues promptly. Automation and Process Improvement: Leverage technology to automate key operational processes, enhancing efficiency and reducing manual errors. Continuously analyze workflows and implement process improvements to optimize operational performance. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence. Provide clear direction, set performance goals, and drive team motivation to achieve organizational objectives. Operational Efficiency and Reporting: Analyze operational data and metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare and present detailed reports to stakeholders, outlining operational performance, challenges, and solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field (MBA preferred). 10+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, with expertise in inventory management, stock forecasting, order management, and client handling. Strong background in managing sales growth and profitability in a high-paced environment. Proficiency in inventory management systems, automation tools, and data analysis software. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused and solution-oriented mindset. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic approach to decision-making. Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating cross-functional teams. Hands-on experience with marketplaces and e-commerce platforms is highly desirable.
