Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Community Manager located in New Delhi at Saanidhya Care Foundation. The Community Manager will be responsible for engaging with stakeholders, managing community outreach programs, coordinating volunteers, organizing events, and fostering a sense of community spirit within the organization. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in community engagement and outreach programs Strong organizational and coordination abilities Event planning and management skills Experience working with diverse populations Empathy and compassion for community members Ability to work collaboratively with a team Previous experience in social work or community organizing is a plus
