To keep up with this pace, we’re looking for a dynamic, proactive, and people-smart professional to take charge of sales calls, operations, and client interactions.Are you the one we are looking for?Key Responsibilities: Client Interaction & Sales Support -Conduct inbound and outbound communications with students and parents to help them with our services. - Respond promptly to client inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and other channels. - Update and manage lead information in CRM or Excel databases. - Convert warm leads into active enrollments. - Schedule and coordinate student sessions, workshops, and webinars. - Collaborate with vendors, counsellors, and partners as necessary. - Assist the Founder in managing daily operations, follow-ups, and execution plans. - Ensure effective communication across email, WhatsApp, and internal platforms.Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in any field (Business, Communication, Psychology, or Education preferred) - 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, operations, or related roles - Excellent spoken and written English communication skills - Strong organisational and time management abilities - Familiarity with MS-office and G-suite - Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently - Warm personality with a deep sense of empathy for parents and studentsWhy Us? -Work directly with the Founder and gain exposure to real-time strategic decisions - Be part of a high-impact, purpose-driven startup creating impact in thousands of students life - Learn the inner workings of global admissions and future skills development - Access a creative, flexible work environment with mentorship, upskilling, and growth
