If you have experience in ed-tech sales or academic counselling and excel at leading teams, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of education counsellors to achieve individual and team targets Monitor daily performance and provide regular coaching, training, and feedback Develop effective strategies to improve conversions and student engagement Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience throughout the counselling journey Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly performance reviews Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure operational efficiency Must have worked in an international process.
