You'll also play a key role in helping customers unlock the full power of Datamine's world-class planning tools. Key responsibilities include: Delivering technical consulting and implementation services for mine design and scheduling Providing expert-level training and first-line technical support Assisting in client onboarding and solution adoption Collaborating with development teams to inform product enhancements Supporting marketing and pre-sales initiatives (e.g., database prep, exhibitions) Traveling within India and internationally for project deployments✅What We’re Looking ForA degree inMining Engineering (both OP and UG) Proven experience withsoftware-based mine design, planning, and scheduling Strong technical communication skills and a client-oriented mindset Self-driven, positive, and adaptable in a dynamic team environment ✈️ Willingness to travel locally and abroad (Bonus) Experience with presentations or customer-facing rolesWhy Join Datamine?At Datamine, you'll be part of a collaborative, innovative, and fast-growing global team.
