Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing and implementing sales strategies. The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for market research, analyzing industry trends, and creating plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's market presence. Qualifications Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management Strong skills in Market Research, Analysis, and Strategic Planning Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills Proven ability to meet sales targets and achieve growth Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the fragrance industry is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient with CRM software and MS Office suite
