Location: Mohan Co Operative Delhi (near Jasola) - Delhi We are looking for a *Senior Account Manager - Business Development* with deep experience in *servicing performance marketing clients* and a hunger to contribute to business growth. *Key Responsibilities* *Client Servicing (60%)* Manage and grow relationships with performance marketing clients (across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Programmatic, etc.) Serve as the primary point of contact for clients with *direct brand-side connects* (not just agency liaisons) Translate client goals into actionable performance marketing strategies and guide internal teams to execution Ensure timely delivery, reporting, and optimization of campaigns to exceed client expectations Drive retention and account growth through proactive solutioning and performance insights *Business Development* Identify and pursue new business opportunities via: Cold outreach (calls/emails/LinkedIn scraping) Networking at industry events and digital forums Leveraging personal and professional networks Collaborate with leadership to develop pitches, proposals, and presentations Maintain an active pipeline of leads and contribute to agency revenue targets *Must-Have Qualifications* 5+ years of experience in a *digital advertising agency, primarily managing **performance marketing clients* Strong understanding of *paid media channels* and performance metrics Proven record of *direct brand-side client handling* Excellent written and verbal *communication skills* High comfort in attending client meetings, managing stakeholders, and solving problems in real-time Deep understanding of the *digital agency ecosystem*—from tools to team workflows Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to *self-start new business initiatives* *Preferred Traits* Existing industry connects and a strong LinkedIn presence Prior experience in both client servicing and growth roles Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
