In this role, you will work closely with the sales and product teams to promote and sell LiaPlus AI solutions, specifically in the BFSI and Real Estate domains. Your communication skills, market understanding, and enthusiasm for technology will be crucial in identifying leads, engaging potential clients, and contributing to the company’s growth. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in B2B sales within a fast-paced AI startup environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Outreach: Identify potential clients in the BFSI and Real Estate sectors and initiate contact through emails, calls, and LinkedIn.Client Engagement: Present LiaPlus AI’s solutions effectively to prospective clients and schedule product demos.Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor offerings, and target customer needs to support strategic planning.Sales Support: Assist in preparing proposals, sales decks, and follow-up communications to drive the sales pipeline.CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and progress using CRM tools.Collaboration: Coordinate with the product and marketing teams to refine value propositions and support go-to-market efforts.Reporting: Track outreach metrics and prepare weekly updates on sales activities and client feedback.RequirementsEducational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA with a specialization in Sales or Marketing.Interest in Tech Sales: A strong interest in B2B sales, especially in the AI, BFSI, and Real Estate sectors.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.Work Ethic: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, on-site environment.Tech Familiarity: Basic understanding of CRM tools, LinkedIn outreach, and digital sales channels is a plus.Adaptability: Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and adapt quickly to feedback and new challenges.
