Company Description AFCL Televentures Ltd, formerly known as Aatish Financial Consultants Limited, is one of North India’s largest distributors of Apple products. The company manages distribution in the areas of Delhi, Uttarakhand, and East Uttar Pradesh. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Head located in New Delhi. The Business Head will oversee the distribution and sales operations, manage teams, develop and implement strategic plans, and ensure sales targets are met. They will be responsible for maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, analyzing market trends, and driving business growth in the assigned regions. Qualifications Experience in Sales and Distribution Management Strategic Planning and Business Development skills Team Leadership and Management skills Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills Knowledge of Market Analysis and Trend Identification Problem-solving and Decision-making abilities Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field Significant experience in a similar role, preferably in the technology or consumer electronics industry
