Its operations integrate technology and consumer insights to manage scale and efficiency.Job Responsibility GTM Strategy: Oversee creation of a sound GTM Strategy for the company and deliver resultsby meticulous execution, by creating, planning, and implementing the strategic direction Strategic plans and Budgets: Coordinate the development of the annual budget and relatedoperational performance indicators and ensure the smooth operational functioning of thecompany, according to budgets and strategic plans Sharing Market updates: Ensure that the company & leadership is continuously aware of thecompetitive landscape, development prospects, consumer habits, and industry developments Cross functional business activities: Work with various verticals including operations, sales,production and procurement, oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they producethe desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy & mission Engage with external stakeholders: Including buyers, suppliers, distribution partners andevents partners, build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point ofcontact for important shareholders and focus on winning new customers Voice and face of the company: Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of thecompany and act as the key face of the company New business generation: Develop new customers & channels to market and manage existingcustomer & channel partner relationships, develop strategic partnerships and ensure that overallrevenue and profit goals are achieved. Capitalize on the new opportunities: by continuous monitoring and assessment and Initiate,progress, and close new business at assigned key accounts. Coordinate with the sales team: regarding dispatch, invoicing and payments collection anddocument information. Coordinate with the procurement team: regarding procurement, inventory and productioncycles and document information
