Agile minds are at our core, with a continuous endeavor to invest in talent.Roles & Responsibilities:Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc Screen candidates' resumes and job applications Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes Onboard new employees to become fully integrated Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection processQualificationsFresher to 6 months of experience in an agency setup Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) Effective communication skills Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Experience working with the Microsoft Office suite Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
