Position: Business Development Executive – HRMS SoftwareWe are seeking a confident and dynamic Sales Executive with proven experience in presenting and pitching HRMS products to corporate clients. The ideal candidate should be adept at delivering product demos, engaging with clients across various industries, and managing the sales lifecycle from lead generation to closure.Key Responsibilities:Deliver engaging and persuasive product presentations to potential clients. Handle client interactions professionally and build long-term relationships. Understand client needs and suggest suitable HRMS solutions. Follow up on leads, negotiate deals, and close sales. Coordinate with internal product and support teams.Requirements:Experience in B2B sales, especially in the HRMS domain. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Confidence in handling meetings with decision-makers (Managers, HODs, Directors). Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts. MBA Graduates are preferred.Preferred:Background in SaaS or enterprise software sales. Knowledge of HRMS software is a plus.Share your cv at : hiring@
