Our clientele spans across manufacturing, BFSI, healthcare, education, and retail sectors.Job Summary We are seeking a seasoned and proactiveIT Business Development Executivewith a strong background in B2B enterprise technology sales. The ideal candidate will bring relevant experience from the IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, system integration, or managed services domains, and will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing new accounts, and strengthening OEM and channel partnerships.Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within mid-market and enterprise sectors. Engage with decision-makers and IT heads to promote cybersecurity and infrastructure solutions tailored to their needs. Lead the end-to-end sales process including prospecting, proposal development, presentation, pricing, and contract negotiation. Work closely with internal pre-sales and technical teams to develop and deliver compelling value propositions. Collaborate with OEMs to leverage joint go-to-market strategies. Track sales performance and pipeline using CRM tools and provide regular reports to management. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field Minimum3+ years of business development or sales experience Strong understanding of cybersecurity products (firewalls, endpoint protection), data center infrastructure, servers, and managed IT services. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a solution-based B2B sales environment. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Familiarity with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience working in or withsystem integrators, managed service providers, value-added resellers (VARs), or cybersecurity-focused IT firms .
