Seek global solutions to achieve efficiency gains and show interest in new technologies.Job Requirements A university degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Economics, or related qualification from job experience. Inclusive leadership and excellent collaborative and change management skills to guide our organization and lead multicultural teams. Balance long-term needs with short-term results and operational performance. Strong background from global multinational organizations Dynamic, agile and solid mindset in sales management experience as well as leadership skills are essential Strong B2B business experience Background of consumables or equipment used in manufacturing is desired Technical services to manufacturing customers is a plus Experience in industries that transacts a lot through and with distributors (like many industrial supplies are) is a plus Experience with tactical and strategic planning Fluency in English, verbally and in writing
