About the Company:-We are a growing renewable energy company focused on the development and execution of utility-scale solar power projects in India. Our current focus includes state and central government solar projects (including PM-KUSUM) with a clear roadmap to scale capacity over the coming years.Role Objective:-The Solar Project Manager / Development Executive will support end-to-end solar project development and execution, including coordination with EPC contractors, consultants, vendors, and government authorities. The role requires strong execution skills, follow-up discipline, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.Key Responsibilities :-1. Project Coordination & Tracking • Coordinate with EPC contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams • Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables • Maintain detailed project trackers and follow-up logs • Escalate delays and risks proactively2. Tender & Opportunity Support • Review solar tender documents and prepare summary notes • Maintain a tender tracker (deadlines, eligibility, submissions) • Support documentation and coordination during bid submissions3. Land & Statutory Support • Assist in coordination for land identification, lease or purchase documentation • Track statutory approvals, permissions, and local clearances • Coordinate with on-ground agents and local authorities as required4. EPC & Vendor Coordination • Support EPC finalization through comparison of BOQs and quotations • Track material procurement, construction schedules, and site activities • Coordinate quality and timeline reviews with EPC partners5. Evacuation & Grid Connectivity Support • Assist in coordination related to evacuation approvals and grid connectivity • Follow up with DISCOMs, STUs, and other concerned authorities • Track substation and transmission line readiness timelines6. MIS & Reporting • Maintain project cost trackers and execution dashboards • Prepare weekly MIS reports highlighting: • Progress updates • Key risks and bottlenecks • Action points requiring management input7. Site Visits • Visit project sites during critical stages such as land finalization, construction, and commissioning • Coordinate with site engineers and contractors during execution phasesRequired Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Energy preferred) • 2–5 years of experience in solar EPC, solar project development, or renewable energy consulting • Basic understanding of utility-scale solar projects and execution workflows • Exposure to government or DISCOM-related coordination is preferred • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic project documentationKey Skills & Competencies • Strong coordination and follow-up skills • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders • Practical, execution-oriented mindset • Good communication and documentation skills • Willingness to travel to project sites as requiredWhat We Offer • Opportunity to work closely with the promoter and leadership team • Hands-on exposure to large-scale solar project execution • Clear growth path as the company scales its renewable portfolio • Performance-based incentives linked to project milestones
