You'll work directly on sustainability assessments, reporting frameworks, and strategic roadmaps for clients across diverse industries.Location:New Delhi/Noida |Experience:1–3 years in ESG consulting, sustainability reporting, or corporate sustainability Work Model:On-site with flexible arrangements based on project requirementsWhat You'll Do Prepare sustainability reports, ESG disclosures, and compliance documentation from the ground up—aligned with frameworks like GRI, TCFD, ISSB, and BRSR Conduct gap assessments, materiality analyses, and ESG maturity evaluations Develop ESG integration roadmaps and sustainability strategies for clients Analyze carbon, energy, water, waste, and social metrics for client reporting Create board-ready presentations and strategic documentation Support client workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagement Collaborate closely with research teams, analysts, and senior consultants, reporting to Project Leads or DirectorsWhat You'll Bring Bachelor's or Master's in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or related field 1–3 years in ESG consulting, sustainability reporting, or corporate sustainability Strong grasp of ESG frameworks (GRI, TCFD, SASB, CDP) Excellent analytical and communication skills to turn complex ESG data into clear insights Proficiency with AI tools/LLMs, Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentThis role offers an opportunity to work on meaningful sustainability projects, develop consulting expertise, and contribute to measurable ESG impact for clients in a purpose-driven environment.Note:Applications are encouraged from candidates who can start immediately, as the position is being filled on a priority basis.
