Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Creative Art Director located in Mysore. The Creative Art Director will be responsible for leading creative projects, providing innovative direction for branding and visual storytelling, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and overseeing the development of graphics and marketing materials. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing creative strategies, designing impactful visual elements, and ensuring cohesion across all creative initiatives. Qualifications Expertise in Creative Direction and Art Direction to lead projects effectively and deliver cohesive visual conceptsProficiency in Branding and Creative Strategy to develop and maintain a strong brand identity and align creative work with business goalsStrong skills in Graphics to design compelling visual assets, including layouts, illustrations, and other graphical contentDemonstrated ability to inspire and mentor a team of creative professionalsExcellent communication, collaboration, and project management skillsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related fieldExperience in using graphic design and creative software tools
