Job Description:

Tilfi is seeking a Visual Design Lead: a rigorous and visually intelligent creative to define, steward, and advance the brand's visual identity across every touchpoint. This role carries both strategic and executional responsibility: shaping the aesthetic language of the brand, leading a team of in-house specialists and external collaborators, and ensuring that everything Tilfi puts into the world - whether a campaign image, a packaging detail, a digital ad, or an event installation - is coherent, considered, and unmistakably itself.As part of the brand's core team, you will work closely with leadership and creative peers to translate Tilfi's design philosophy, its commitment to craft, and its cultural positioning into a living visual language.You will be the custodian of Tilfi's visual identity and its expression in the world.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Visual Identity & Brand ConsistencyOwn and evolve Tilfi's visual identity system across digital, print, spatial, and experiential channels ensuring coherence.Set and hold the visual standard across all brand communications, from the smallest digital asset to the largest campaign.Develop visual frameworks, templates, and guidelines that enable the team to execute consistently and independently.Bring a considered aesthetic sensibility to every output attuned to materiality, restraint, and the visual culture of craft and luxury.2. Creative Direction & Team LeadershipLead and mentor an in-house team of visual and film specialists, fostering an environment of creative ambition and disciplined craft.Commission and direct external photographers, filmmakers, illustrators, and production partners shaping the brief and holding the creative standard.Collaborate closely with the Content and Editorial Lead to ensure visual and verbal languages are in genuine dialogue, not parallel.3. Campaign Leadership & Performance CreativeDrive brand campaigns end-to-end from concept and creative direction through to execution, channel delivery, and post-campaign evaluation.Own the creative development of advertising materials across digital performance channels including Meta and Google designing assets that hold aesthetic integrity while meeting the demands of these formats and business objectives.Develop and oversee print advertising from layout ideation through to print-ready delivery.Maintain a coherent campaign calendar ensuring visual consistency across simultaneous drops and launches.4. Content Production & Channel ExecutionOversee the visual output for all brand channels - website, email communications, social media, and digital marketing - ensuring that execution quality reflects the brand's standards at every scale.Manage the creation of lookbooks, launch collateral, and PR materials.Lead packaging design as and when required across product categories and distribution requirements.Work with the digital team to develop and maintain website visual templates and e-commerce touchpoints.5. Experiential Design & Brand ActivationsConceptualise and deliver the visual and spatial design for brand events, exhibitions, gifting experiences, and retail activations.Ensure that experiential outputs - signage, installations, environments - carry the same intentionality and craft sensibility as the brand's editorial and digital work.Represent Tilfi's visual vision at key events and activations alongside the wider team and leadership.6. Strategic & Commercial AlignmentUnderstand and actively contribute to Tilfi's broader creative and commercial direction - ensuring that visual decisions are never made in isolation from business context.Develop and manage budgets for creative production, campaigns, and activations, balancing creative ambition with efficient resource allocation.Contribute to the evaluation of campaign and channel performance, using output data to inform future creative decisions in collaboration with the communications team.Build and sustain strong working relationships with vendors, production partners, printers, and external creatives IDEAL CANDIDATE6–9 years of experience in visual design or creative direction, with demonstrated leadership of both people and creative output.A strong and developed visual sensibility with genuine fluency in the aesthetics of craft, materiality, and considered luxury.Proven experience in a fashion, lifestyle, or cultural brand context; in-house experience strongly preferred.Confident across both digital and print from social assets and performance ad formats to publication layouts and packaging files.Skilled at directing external creative talent - photographers, filmmakers, production teams - with clarity of brief and generosity of collaboration.Able to hold strategic thinking and meticulous execution simultaneously, and to move between them without losing the thread of either.Comfortable working in a small, high-ownership environment where creative decisions carry real weight and standards are set by the work, not by convention.A genuine interest in craft traditions, artisanal production, and the cultural registers that Tilfi inhabits.TO APPLYIf this role speaks to you, please write to us at with a brief cover letter telling us what draws you to Tilfi and this position.
