Graphic Designer

Role OverviewWe are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Graphic Designer who is passionate about visual storytelling and comfortable working with both traditional design tools and AI-powered creative tools. This role involves designing content for social media, digital campaigns, and occasional print, with a strong focus on speed, aesthetics, and innovation.Key Responsibilities• Design high-quality creatives for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)• Generate and edit AI-based creatives using tools.• Work on 2D and basic 3D visuals for campaigns, ads, and brand content• Perform basic video editing & motion graphics for reels, shorts, and ads• Adapt designs across formats: posts, stories, banners, carousels, thumbnails• Create print-ready files for posters, brochures, standees, invitations, etc.• Collaborate with content, marketing, and performance teams• Stay updated with AI trends, design trends, and platform updates• Manage multiple projects and deliver within tight timelinesRequired Skills• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite:• Photoshop• Illustrator• InDesign• After Effects / Premiere Pro (basic)• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools• Understanding of branding, layouts, typography, color theory• Experience with social media design formats• Basic understanding of video editing and motion• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projectsGood to Have (Bonus)• Experience with 3D tools (Blender, Cinema 4D, Spline, etc.)• Knowledge of Figma / Canva / Web creatives• Prompt engineering for AI tools• Understanding of ad creatives & performance designRequirements• Must have own laptop / system for remote work• Stable internet connection• Portfolio is mandatory• Comfortable with hybrid work culture
