Role OverviewHomecouture Collective is looking for a Product Designer to lead the creation of distinct, high-end furniture and home decor collections.This role blends design, materials, and market understanding—you’ll be responsible for taking products from concept to final execution, ensuring they align with HCC’s luxury positioning and craftsmanship standards.Key Responsibilities1. Product Design & DevelopmentDesign furniture, lighting, and home decor products aligned with HCC’s aestheticDevelop concepts, moodboards, sketches, and 3D modelsTranslate ideas into production-ready designs and technical drawingsEnsure balance between design appeal, functionality, and manufacturability2. Material & Finish InnovationResearch and experiment with premium materials, finishes, and texturesWork with wood, metal, stone, fabrics, glass, and mixed materialsDevelop unique combinations that differentiate HCC products in the market3. Vendor & Production CoordinationCollaborate with carpenters, fabricators, and artisansOversee prototyping and samplingEnsure final products match design intent and quality benchmarksTroubleshoot design issues during production4. Collection BuildingCreate cohesive product lines and seasonal collectionsEnsure consistency in design language across categoriesContribute to building HCC’s signature style5.
