With an in-house manufacturing unit and a strong design philosophy, KASA continuously innovates to create exclusive, high-end surface solutions.The brand imports and collaborates with globally renowned names such as Caesarstone, Nexion, and Lioli, catering to architects, interior designers, and luxury real estate developers across India.Role Description:We are looking for a Product Designer – Stone Surfaces who can conceptualize, design, and develop next-generation surface products that align with global trends and luxury design sensibilities.This role requires a deep understanding of materials, finishes, textures, and applications—with the ability to translate design concepts into commercially viable, high-impact products.As a Product Designer at KASA DECOR, you will be responsible for creating innovative stone surface designs—from ideation to final production. You will work closely with sourcing teams, manufacturers, and sales consultants to ensure that every product meets both aesthetic excellence and market demand.Key responsibilities:Product Ideation & Development: Conceptualize and design new stone surfaces including slabs, tiles, and customized applications.Trend Research & Forecasting: Study global design trends, materials, and finishes to introduce cutting-edge collections aligned with luxury market demands.Material Understanding: Work with materials such as marble, quartz, sintered stone, and ceramics to develop unique surface identities.Design Translation: Convert concepts into production-ready designs by collaborating with manufacturers and vendors.Sampling & Prototyping: Oversee sample development, mockups, and prototyping to ensure design accuracy and quality.Surface Innovation: Experiment with textures, finishes, patterns, and color palettes to create differentiated products.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales (STEP Consultants), marketing, and procurement teams to align product offerings with client needs.Vendor & Factory Coordination: Coordinate with domestic and international factories for product development and execution. Skills & Requirements:Strong design sensibility with a focus on luxury and premium aestheticsDeep understanding of materials, finishes, and surface applicationsProficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, or Adobe SuiteAbility to balance creativity with commercial viabilityStrong research and trend analysis skillsExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesAttention to detail and execution qualityQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Interior Design, or related field2–5+ years of experience in product design, preferably in stone surfaces / tiles / building materialsStrong portfolio showcasing surface, material, or product design workExperience working with manufacturers or production teamsWhat we are looking for:A design thinker who understands both creativity and businessSomeone who can create statement surfaces, not just productsA professional who can align with KASA’s philosophy of STEP (Surfaces That Excite People)For more info visit:
