Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Designer Cum Project Manager located in Noida. The role involves creating and reviewing construction drawings, managing project submittals, coordinating architectural designs, and planning effective use of spaces. Additionally, the Designer Cum Project Manager will oversee project management phases, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met consistently. Qualifications Proficiency in Construction Drawings and Submittal processesStrong skills in Space Planning and ArchitectureHands-on experience and expertise in Project ManagementStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent communication and team collaboration skillsProficiency in CAD software and other relevant design toolsBachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, or a related fieldPrior experience in property management or residential projects is a plus
