Design & Creative Execution Create engagingsocial media creatives, banners, and marketing assets. Deliverhigh-quality, pixel-perfect designsaligned with brand guidelines. Ensure quick turnaround without compromising on creativity.2. Branding & Visual Consistency Maintainconsistency across all brand touchpoints. Uphold apremium, aspirational visual identityacross campaigns. Ensure all creatives reflect brand tonality and positioning.3. Retail & Marketing Support Design creatives for key retail partners such asReliance Digital, Croma, and Vijay Sales. Supportcampaigns, promotions, and product launcheswith impactful assets. Adapt designs for multiple retail and marketing formats.4. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely withmarketing, sales, and internal stakeholders. Understand briefs and convert them intoeffective visual communication. Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.5. E-commerce & Campaign Creatives Createhigh-converting bannersfor major events likePrime Day, festive sales, and promotions. Designhomepage banners, category creatives, and product highlights. Optimize designs for performance and user engagement.6. Print & Offline Creative Development Designcatalogs, brochures, packaging (product boxes), and event collaterals. Develop visually compelling layouts aligned with brand identity. Ensure print-ready files with attention to detail and quality.What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of experience in graphic design (agency or brand side preferred). Strong portfolio showcasingdigital + print work. Proficiency inAdobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva). Understanding ofluxury/premium brand aestheticsis a plus.
