We’re looking for a creative Graphic Designer who understands Instagram content, reels & ads — not just basic design.At Global Scholar, we create content that helps students plan their study abroad journey.Your role is to design scroll-stopping, Gen Z-friendly creatives that actually get attention and drive leads. Responsibilities:* Design Instagram posts, reels covers & ad creatives* Create high-converting visuals (not just aesthetic)* Work on study abroad content themes (students, countries, career)* Collaborate with content team to bring ideas to life* Stay updated with Instagram trends & viral formatsMust-Have:* Experience in social media design (Instagram/Reels/Ads)* Proficiency in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva* Ability to create modern, bold & engaging designs* Understanding of hooks, layout & attention-grabbing visuals* Portfolio with real social media work Preferred:* Experience with education/study abroad brands* Understanding of Gen Z audience & trends* Basic idea of reels/thumbnails/short-form contentSalary:₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month (based on skills & portfolio)Higher for candidates with strong social media/viral content experience⸻
