Job Profile : Graphic Designer Experience : 4- 6 YearsLocation: Hyderabad (On-site)Department: Creative / Design TeamEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout the Role:We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in offline marketing creatives, print media, and social media marketing collateral. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense and the ability to maintain brand consistency across both print and digital platforms.Key Responsibilities- Design creatives for offline marketing including brochures, flyers, posters,banners, hoardings, standees, etc.- Create social media marketing collaterals such as Instagram posts, carousels, ads,story creatives, and campaign visuals- Prepare print-ready files (bleed, margins, CMYK, etc.)- Coordinate with printing vendors and ensure high-quality output- Develop creative concepts aligned with brand guidelines- Create multiple design variations for campaigns (print & digital)- Collaborate with marketing, performance, and content teams- Ensure consistency in branding across all touchpoints- Deliver projects within deadlines without compromising qualityRequired Skills & ExpertiseSoftware Skills (Must Have):- Adobe Photoshop- Adobe Illustrator- Adobe InDesign- CorelDRAWTechnical Skills:- Strong knowledge of print media (offset & digital printing)- Typography, color theory, and layout design- Pre-press and print production processes- Social media design formats and trends- High-resolution outputs and file optimizationLanguage Requirements (Must Have)- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu- Ability to design creatives in all three languages- Basic understanding of multilingual copy placementPreferred Skills- Branding and visual identity knowledge- Packaging design experience- Basic video editing or motion graphics- Familiarity with AI tools- Understanding of performance marketing creatives- Strong portfolio (print + social media)Interested Candidates may share their resume to , Immediate and early joiners are preferred.
