Visual Design Intern

About the Role:We're looking for a Visual Design Intern to join our Design team for a 3–6 month engagement. This is a high-throughput role focused on brand and marketing execution across digital and print touchpoints. You'll work closely with the Director of Product Design on a wide range of deliverables that directly support marketing, sales, and events. Consistency, speed, and efficiency are as important as craft in this role.Key Responsibilities:Design and deliver brand-aligned marketing assets including slide decks, social media creatives, event collaterals, and infographicsSupport webinar and event production with visual assets: posters, banners, standees, and digital graphicsCreate email campaign visuals and newsletter layoutsAssist with branded presentation decks for sales enablement and external communicationsMaintain visual consistency across all deliverables within the Elucidata brand systemCollaborate with Marketing and Product teams to translate briefs into clear, polished visualsUse AI tools to accelerate production and execution without compromising creative qualityMust have:Proficiency in Figma, Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and cloud tools like CanvaDemonstrated ability to work within a defined brand system across multiple formatsStrong presentation design skills; experience with slide decks is essentialSolid grasp of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchyComfortable handling technical or complex content and making it visually accessibleStrong communication skills, able to take briefs, present work, and flag issues clearlyActively uses AI tools to increase execution speed, not as a replacement for design thinkingAbility to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously without dropping quality or consistencyGood-to-have:Basic video editing and motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar)Familiarity with web graphics or basic HTML/CSSExperience with print production: business cards, letterheads, event materialsFamiliarity with project management tools like Asana or TrelloDeliverables ExpectedBranded presentation decksEvent assets: standees, posters, bannersSocial media creativesEmail campaign visuals and newsletter layoutsWebsite infographics and marketing visualsMarketing collateral: one-pagers, case studies, white papersShort videos and basic motion edits (where needed)
