AMPM's signature lies in its refined balance — understated yet impactful. Role Description We’re looking for a Content & Social Media Executive to join our team in Noida. This is a full-time, on-site role for someone who understands both storytelling and the rhythm of digital platforms. You should write with clarity, emotion, and precision, while also having a strong instinct for what works on social. From shaping narratives to managing day-to-day content across platforms, this role sits at the intersection of creativity and execution. You’ll work closely with marketing, design, and creative teams to ensure our voice remains consistent, relevant, and quietly distinctive across every touchpoint. Key Responsibilities Write and edit brand-aligned content across platforms: social media, website, CRM, newsletters, collection notes, and more Manage day-to-day social media operations including posting, scheduling, and platform upkeep Plan and execute content calendars in line with campaigns and launches Maintain a consistent, emotive brand voice across all communication Collaborate with internal teams to develop cohesive storytelling and campaigns Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and build a thoughtful community presence Track performance metrics and derive insights to refine content strategy Stay updated with cultural trends while remaining rooted in the brand’s philosophy Support multimedia content creation with strong storytelling inputs Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in content writing and/or social media management Strong writing, editing, and communication skills Understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple timelines Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or luxury brands is a plus Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field (preferred) If you’re someone who enjoys shaping stories and seeing them come alive across platforms, we’d love to hear from you.
