Join us to shape powerful user experiences that reach job seekers across the world.About the RoleWe are looking for a creative UI/UX + Frontend Design Intern who is passionate about building beautiful interfaces and functional frontends. This is a hybrid role combining design and development. You will work closely with our design and tech team to design engaging visuals and bring them to life on our website.ResponsibilitiesUI/UX Design TasksCreate social media graphics (LinkedIn posts, Instagram ads, campaign creatives).Design landing pages, posters, banners, and illustrations for web/mobile.Work on design systems and component libraries for brand consistency.Frontend Development TasksBuild and edit sections of our main website (React/HTML/CSS/Tailwind preferred).Work on user-facing UI components and optimize them for performance.Collaborate to improve site responsiveness, animations, and UX flow.Technical Skills and RequirementsStrong design portfolio (Behance preferred) showcasing work like:Social media postsLanding pagesAd creatives or postersAttention to detail, creativity, and a product mindset.Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly.Preferred SkillsExperience using Figma, Canva, or Adobe XD.Built personal websites or projects with animations/interactions.Comfortable working with SVGs, icons, and mobile-first design.Educational Requirements / ExperienceOpen to current students or graduates.Prior experience in design and frontend projects (academic, freelance, or internships) is desirable.Equivalent hands-on project experience will also be considered.What You’ll GainHands-on experience in both design and frontend development.Live project exposure.Close collaboration with startup founders.Potential opportunity for a full-time role post internship.Flexible work hours with 40 hours/week commitment.
