Creative Lead

Location - New Delhi WFO - 5 days As Creative Lead, you will own brand identity and creative strategy - driving visibility,engagement, and growth across all channels. You will lead 360° marketing campaigns, shape brand messaging, and ensure consistency across digital, influencer, and offline touchpoints. This role combines a high level of creativity and strategic thinking with hands-on execution, using consumer insights to build a strong, differentiated, D2C brand at the confluence of culture, content and commerce!Key Responsibilities:● Develop creative strategy and ideas for integrated brand campaigns across digital, influencer,performance, and offline channels.● Build and maintain a strong brand identity and brand voice, ensuring consistency in storytelling, packaging, and campaign communication.● Partner with design, content, and performance teams to deliver compelling campaigns that drive visibility and sales.● Manage community engagement, PR, and influencer partnerships to amplify brand reach.● Stay updated with market trends, consumer culture and behaviour, and competitor activities toidentify new opportunities.● Analyze consumer insights, brand health metrics, and campaign CTR’s & ROI to optimize marketing strategies.Ideal Candidate:● 7-8 years of experience in brand and content creation within D2C or FMCG brands● Strong creative instincts with a passion for high quality content creation● Proven experience in content strategy, creative direction and copy writing● Excellent project management and stakeholder collaboration skills – ability to work with multiple teams and deliver results
