Hiring: B2C Fashion Designer & Personal Stylist – Women’s Wear Location: Mayapuri, New Delhi Full-Time : 5 Years Experience We are looking for a highly creative, client-focused Fashion Designer & Personal Stylist (Women’s Wear) to lead bespoke styling, design customization & client consultations across formal, ethnic & casual categories. This is a premium client-facing role for designers passionate about personal styling, couture-level customization & end-to-end design execution.Key Responsibilities: Client Consultation & Styling Conduct personalized in-person styling consultations Understand client occasion, body type, fit & style preferences Present fabric swatches, trims & design options Customize looks using catalogues, archives & client inspirations Act as personal style advisor & image consultant Design & Execution (Women’s Wear Focus) Design & sketch original concepts (hand + digital) Expertise across: Formals: Blazers, trousers, skirts, capes, jumpsuits, power suits, co-ords Ethnic: Kurtis, Anarkalis, Shararas, Ghararas, lehengas, saree adaptations, fusion wear Casuals: Tunics, dresses, shirts, blouses, trousers, Indo-western everyday wear Prepare technical sheets & production briefs Coordinate with tailoring & production teams Material & Fabric Knowledge Strong understanding of premium fabrics, trims, embellishments & accessories Support material selection & sourcing for bespoke orders Client Management & Delivery Build long-term client relationships Manage design-to-delivery lifecycle Ensure high quality & timely deliverySkills & Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design 2–3 years experience in B2C / bespoke / couture / client-facing design Strong women’s wear design expertise (formal + ethnic + casual) Excellent client communication & styling skills Proficient in Adobe Illustrator / digital sketching tools High attention to detail & delivery commitmentWhat We Offer: Work on premium bespoke & luxury women’s fashion Direct exposure to high-value clients & styling projects Creative freedom + high-growth career path Dynamic, fashion-forward work cultureRequirements added by the job poster • Can start immediately • Valid driver’s license • Working in an onsite setting
