With a focus on delivering high-quality, custom-made garments, Brahaan has become synonymous with elegance and precision in the luxury menswear segment.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based primarily at our Rajouri Garden showroom in New Delhi. Your key responsibility will be to assist in developing our menswear collections as well as assisting our HNI Clients with their wardrobe planning and wedding shopping.Key ResponsibilitiesBespoke Consulting (Store-Based): Act as the primary design consultant for our HNI clientele, guiding them through fabric selection, silhouettes, and detailing for custom Indian Ethnic (Achkans, Bandhgalas) and Western Formal attire.Collection Development (HO-Based): Develop mood boards, conduct trend research, and drive the product development process for Brahaan’s upcoming /"subtle classics/" collections.Technical Oversight: Manage fittings at the store and coordinate with our master tailors to ensure every garment meets our high standards of fit and finish.Qualifications1–2 years of experience specifically in luxury or bespoke menswear.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English is a must for HNI client interaction.Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design (NIFT, Pearl, or equivalent).Strong portfolio showcasing mood boards, technical sketches, and finished garments.Deep understanding of menswear tailoring principles, fabric behavior, and garment construction.Salary & CompensationAnnual CTC Range: ₹3,60,000 – ₹6,00,000 (3.6L - 6L).Final offer will be based on the candidate's design portfolio and technical expertise.
