We’re on an unconventional mission to develop the future of digital commerce, and we’re looking for top talent to join us.What you’ll doBring the Brand to Life:Lead motion projects end-to-end from conceptualization, animation, and delivering high-quality motion across digital platforms, product launches, brand films, social content, and UI mockups.Create Standout Content:Produce impactful, high-performing motion assets that elevate storytelling while keeping userexperience at the core.Collaborate Seamlessly:Work closely with Creative, Product, Business, and Marketing teams to deliver visual contentaligned with noon’s brand ethos and guidelines.Drive Post-Production Excellence:Support editing, transitions, sound design direction, color correction, and final rendering.Push Creative Boundaries:Stay on top of design, animation, and motion trends, bringing fresh ideas and experimentationinto your work.Requirements● A strong portfolio with 3+ years of experience in motion design, showcasing compelling visuals and animation craft.● Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.● Understanding of core design principles including layout, typography, and composition.● Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate ideas clearly within cross-functional teams.● Strong attention to detail, visual refinement, and aesthetic judgment.● Experience replicating or building upon existing motion styles and animation systems.● Knowledge of 3D motion graphics (After Effects plugins, Cinema 4D, or Blender) is a plus.● Solid understanding of video compression, file formats, plugins, and optimization for digital platforms.● Ability to storyboard concepts and visualize motion sequences before execution.● Familiarity with SFX and basic audio editing.● Ability to refine and perfect animations using graph editors.● Curiosity and familiarity with emerging AI tools for motion and video workflows.● Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working with evolving design technologies.Who will excel?At noon, we operate on the principle: “noon isn’t for everyone.
