Role Description We are seeking a talented 3D Character Artist to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. The artist will be responsible for designing and creating high-quality character models and art for our upcoming AA game. Day-to-day tasks include developing character concepts, creating 3D models, texturing assets, collaborating with the art and development teams, and ensuring alignment with the game’s artistic vision and technical requirements. This role plays a crucial part in bringing characters to life and enhancing the visual experience of our games. Qualifications Proficiency in 3D Modeling and Texturing for game-ready assetsStrong skills in Character Design and Character ArtExperience working in Game Development environmentsUnderstanding of anatomy, form, and proportions relevant to creating lifelike charactersProficiency in industry-standard software such as Maya, Blender, ZBrush, and Substance PainterAbility to adapt to various art styles and iterate on designs based on feedbackExcellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote work environmentFamiliarity with rigging and animation-ready asset preparation is a plusPrevious experience in the gaming industry or related projects is an advantage
